My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and always tidy, but there was a bad smell lingering around. The service was top-notch, with the staff being extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for my needs but had some issues with homeless individuals nearby. The dining experience was nice, though I had to request certain items. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some areas for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at Embassy Suites. The rooms were what I expected, but unfortunately didn't have AC during my stay which was quite inconvenient. The hotel was great for accessibility as they offered handicapped rooms. The service was top-notch, extremely friendly, and always accommodating; however, the unclear parking instructions led to a risky situation of potential towing. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Walters Art Museum and Washington Monument, but the presence of individuals smoking weed outside was a downside. The dining options were decent, with a good selection, although it could have been improved. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
